When Rupert Murdoch cedes Trump's cause is lost
Republicans may want to lend an ear.
The scam they've played incurs an awful cost;
as marks catch on, the reckoning draws near.
A party founded by disgruntled Whigs
to fight for Abolition, and Men's Rights
increasingly's been commandeered by pigs
contemptuous of any who're not white.
Those Whigs had dominated in their day
the Oval Office bears their portraits, still.
But with Zach Taylor, their sway passed away.
They'd lost their purchase on the people's will.
