the universe bears witness the deed's done
a classic orbit's got to radiate
were they not quantized, Bohr's electrons crash
so stellar twins embrace their fiery fate
brief blaze of glory in the final smash
the cosmic strobe discharges in a shot
and angular momentum's all that's left
a gyroscopic stable whirling top
of almost unimaginable heft
short of the mass to cross the Schwarzschild bar
they form a paradoxical dark star
