'though Hillary is "likable enough"
her campaign's skidding on an icy patch
to feign charisma's proving to be tough
in oratory she's far from Bill's match
she steals her rivals' planks and shows no shame
like he did twenty-four long years ago
but imitating that lord of the game
she hasn't grasped how far she has to go
a policy wonk to whom few compare
she struggles to convey that "vision thing"
or could it be that there's no vision there
and all she's chasing is the big brass ring
