and treat all strangers like they bear disease

but rarely speaks out if he pays his fees
the Kochs, like Trump, pray at the Church of Greed
exalting Mammon over all the Earth
denying kinship with those who're in need
as if a bankroll told a human's worth
our Founding Fathers' "city on a hill"
was not a garrison behind a wall
but nativists have turned that welcome, chill
what had been shining's shrouded in a pall
I don't need candidates who shout "God's great!"
but I demand a just and righteous State
