as if the aspiration's somehow vile
to raise their children in good neighborhoods
substantive issues get swept to the side
she pitched a NoFly zone to show she's strong
while Donald's shoring up his frail male pride
there's no adult to point out why she's wrong
democracy's a quilt of compromise
no thread of which is perfect in all eyes
