Trump's narcissism makes him a poor bet
to hold the codes that could start WWIII
a willingness to forgive and forget
has got to undergird diplomacy
his envoys would be dancing in a cage
not free to bend our path away from war
'cause his default is flying in a rage
when no one kow-tows as if he's the Czar
a wiser head lets options multiply
so everyone can claim that he has won
partitioning an ever-bigger pie
instead of grabbing all at point of gun
